Found DesertBreeze Appliance Repair through a Google search when I needed miele refrigerator repair in Palm Desert, CA. My Miele fridge was running warm in the fresh food section and the freezer started building up frost. Not totally dead, but close enough to be a problem.
The technician showed up on time, got right to it, and actually seemed to know Miele units instead of guessing his way through it. He checked the airflow, seals, fan, and control side, then explained the issue in plain English. Turned out to be a bad fan motor and a sensor acting up. He had the parts situation figured out fast and the repair was handled without dragging it out.
What I liked most was how straightforward the whole visit felt. No weird upsell, no vague talk, no wasting half the day. Just solid miele refrigerator repair work and a clean job after. The fridge has been holding temp like it should, ice buildup is gone, and everything sounds normal again.
If you’re looking for miele refrigerator repair in Palm Desert, DesertBreeze Appliance Repair is worth calling. They were professional, respectful in the house, and clearly familiar with high-end refrigerator repair. I’d use them again, probably for any Miele appliance issue at this point. Good experience overall, and that’s not something I say often about service calls.
